Chozaburo is the brand from Tsubamesanjo that gives new value.
Cutting is fun, delicious.
We give you something more than cutting itself.
You will be impressed with our knives.
I've heard people say, "It's so sharp, it's scary!" But actually, the opposite is true, it's the dull blades that are more dangerous. You have to apply extra pressure on it, you might cut it unintentionally or get hurt.
When it comes to sharp knives, you can cut as you wish. It will bring out of the natural flavor in the ingredient by locking Umami.
We aim for conveying the products made in Sanjo.
We pass on the tools that are reliable.
About Chozaburo
Our brand "Chozaburo" is named after Chozaburo Baba who is a founder of Babachokanamono.
He was stubborn, did not talk much. He had sold only the products he truly satisfied with.
He had handled variety of items as a wholesaler.
On the other hand, he barely threw things away because he always took care of them.
He reused envlopes as memo pads, made packing rope by connecting short ropes. Overall his mindset built a good foundation of Babacho.
"Mottainai" is an important value.
The sense of Mottainai is driving force that we keep producing the items will last a lifetime.
We pass down this sprit and work hard to create the items.
